Markel Corporation is a holding company for insurance, reinsurance, and investment operations around the world. Managed Services – PRIMIS is a maintenance project of Policy Administration system PRIMIS handling both RTE (Run The Engine) and BAU (Business As Usual) segments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as primary point of contact for production incidents, service requests and enhancement projects
