Board of Education Chicago Public Schools – Testing Coordinator Feb 2018 – Current

Hours worked: M-F 9am -5pm; 40 hours/wk

Responsibilities include: Organize, analyze, track, plan and schedule testing for students with disabilities at the elementary and high school entry levels using multiple databases; Manage the testing site allocated for students with disabilities for the purpose of delivery of services conforming to guidelines and best practices; Establish/maintain internal and external partnerships to ensure high-quality results for students/parents/staff members; Provide training and support to interns, educators, and specialized service clinicians at the testing site; Processing student/admin decisions through our selective enrollment system. Responsibilities include: Keeping an up to date knowledge on company policy and ever changing situations the office adheres to, answering calls in a polite manner, using problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues that occur within the applicants’ accounts. Provided detailed instructions on how to complete the application process. Filed and organized paper forms as needed.
