Self Introduction

I am a Dairy Technologist passed in Indian Dairy Diploma (Dairy Technologist) from Allahabad Agricultural College, Allahabad, India. I have started my carrier from Salem Dairy, SDCMU Ltd. Tamilnadu state, India as Junior Dairy officer at 1984 and worked 2 years. The capacity of Dairy plant is 3.5 Lakhs liters with Milk Powder Plant. During 1986 I joined in Trivandrum Dairy TRCMPU Ltd Kerala State India from 1986 to till now. Now I am working from 2015 to till today as Manager (Production).The TRCMPU have 3 milk plants in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta. I have worked both in Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala state. In Thiruvananthapuram there is two plants, one is automatic milk plant of 3.5 lakhs capacity and another products plant of manufacturing Butter, Ghee, Ice cream, fermented products, Paneer and Ice candy &water lollys. The plants are ISO & FSSSAI certified. Around 500 staffs working in Thiruvanthapuram Dairy. The daily turnover is 1.5 crores Rupees. I have experience in working Plants at Kollam and Thiruvanthapuram Dairies both in Milk Plant and Products section. Moreover I worked 4.5 years in Purchase& Stores section and 2 years in quality Control section as Store in charge and Technical officer in Quality control section.

Also I have passed in MA Economics and MBA system at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, Tamil Nadu India. I have computer knowledge of Windows OS and excel.

The 34 years working experience in Supervisor category to Managerial level, Eligible qualification and computer knowledge I can work well in any environments successfully.
