2001 - present Research Scientist - Redox Biology Center, University of Nebraska- Lincoln. Perform research in Redox Biology with a particular focus on oxidative stress, hydrogen peroxide mediated signaling, redox regulation in the endoplasmic reticulum and ER stress. My research involves a broad range of experimental and computational methods.

2000 - 2001 Research Scientist - Medical Center "Avicenna", Moscow, Russia. Developed PCR diagnostics systems for detection of following pathogens: HCV, HBV, HSV 1 & 2, HHV-6, CMV, EBV, Chlamydia trachomatis, Chlamydia pneumonia, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Gardnerella vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Candida albicans, Toxoplasma gondii, Helicobacter pylori, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis/bovis. These molecular diagnostics tools were used by clinical diagnostics laboratories throughout Russia and the Middle East. Systems for detection of HCV, HBV, CMV, HSV type 1 and 2, and Chlamydia trachomatis were certified by the VQC (AcroMetrix) quality control program in 2001-2004. CORE COMPETENCIES
