Support IBTS facilities, fleet and operational assets by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operations, projects and organizational initiatives are planned, procured and managed. Manage the assets of eight divisions ($8.5 Million). Provide budget inputs and oversee approved budget ($2.5 Million). Select vendors, negotiate terms, and achieve cost reduction objectives. Communicate to executive officers the business need of procurements and the due diligence performed. Manage a fleet of 70+ vehicles and associated fuel card program. Support remote office sites totaling approximately 50, 000 square feet across the United State. Manage company electronic device agreements, purchasing, and maintenance.
Assistant Director of Operations, The College Board, Washington D.C., December, 2015 – May, 2017
Provide logistical, operational, and administrative support of the Washington Office and the Global Policy, Advocacy, and Communications division. Be responsible for overall management of the office. This includes: facilities management, hardware and software provisioning, meeting and conference coordination, procurement, contracting, supply, and accounts payable procedures via Lawson and Novatus ERP’s. Facilitate the processing of requisitions and purchase orders of staff for services, and commodities. Create and participate in execution of sourcing strategies, industry and supplier research, bidding, and supplier selection. Ensure that material, goods, labor, equipment and supplies are delivered and maintained.
