Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions to product supply service issues with the NA Bottling System. INDIRECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER (Flint, MI May 2016 to October 2016) Implementation and management of all the indirect procurement activity for the US Region which includes 107 locations. $600 million. Supervise 2 direct reports: 2 material supply managers overseeing and coordinating direct material purchasing for 13 production locations in the Mid West. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONAL PROCUREMENT (Flint, MI – May 2004 – May 2012) Manage direct and indirect procurement activity to facilitate purchasing standards for the Great Lakes Region with accountability for 26 production and 120 sales center locations with a total annual spend of $1.2 billion. Supervise 10 direct reports: including 4 material supply managers overseeing and coordinating direct material purchasing for 26 production locations in the Mid West, 4 procurement managers over indirect material purchasing for 26 production and 120 distribution locations, and 2 graphic designers handling point of sale material purchasing for 120 distribution locations.

CORPORATE COMMODITY MANAGER (Atlanta, GA – June 2000 – May 2004) Administered processes for all secondary packaging procured within the Coca Cola bottling system including sourcing, negotiating, and establishing contracts with total accountability for $500 million in annual spend. Managed unbundled contracts for direct material commodities and directed web based bottler communications.

Achieved strategic energy conservation long term contract savings of about $11 million per year with Coca Cola Enterprises (CCE) facilities as well as local utilities.
