H1B visa Application Analysis

The H1B is an employment-based, non-immigrant visa category for temporary foreign workers in the United States. For a foreign national to apply for H1B visa, an US employer must offer a job and petition for H1B visa with the US immigration department. The aim of the project was to get the required information from massive unstructured data using structured queries. I analyzed huge data for queries using various tools such as Hive, Pig, Sqoop, MySQL and software such as Eclipse, Virtual Machines and Ubuntu. I also represented data graphically using Tableau and Excel. I successfully completed the project and achieved good grade (79%).

Embedded System for Pollution/Gas Notify Sensor in Automobile Vehicles

This project was based on the pollution notification ((Unwonted gas like CO2, CO, HC) in vehicles. The aim of the project was to get notifications while driver drives the vehicle for how much pollution thrown by his/her vehicle into the atmosphere. The notifications aimed to display in the LCD monitor. The project involved team of two people. My involvement mainly included preparing report, canvas charting and presentation. I also helped my team mate in preparing project modelling. We successfully completed the project.
