My First Position in Automotive was in Sales and since I have worked my way into Management from an F&I Manager to an F&I Director achieving a Position in a General Manager / Executive Manager & Vice President of Operations Capacity Successfully for the last 20 Years. I have trained my employees in each position and have built very Dynamic teams during my career. I have pride myself in hiring the best talent possible and have invested in every one of my employees training them on Integrity, process and execution. Among some of my best attributes leading by example, Informing and motivating my teams to do the very best job possible they can do has been key to my success.

I have extensive knowledge of ADP and Reynolds and Reynolds; I am also proficient with all aspects of digital Marketing, Leadership training, Microsoft Office Suite Including Excel, Power Point & Word. I have worked at both private and publicly traded Companies in a corporate structure. These dealerships have ranged in size from 75 employees selling 150 vehicles a month to 350 employees selling over 650 plus vehicles per month. The vast Majority of my automotive career has been at high Volume Dealerships. My franchise experience has been with Toyota, Scion, Lexus, Nissan, Honda and Ford.
