Managed the day to day functions of a Fleet Maintenance Division operation in a multi-billion dollar car

rental company. Responsible for the complete upkeep and maintenance functions of a 11k+ vehicle

fleet. Managed a full dealership warranty department minus a few import vehicles. Directed the

functions and duties of a team that consists of three salaried Managers, and 23 hourly maintenance

and meticulous preventative maintenance program, procuring local body shops to complete body

damage repairs, and coordinating the timely turn back of program cars.Prepped wholesale cars

staffing needs for current day,week, month, and projects staffing needs for the future. Ensured that
