RESPONSIBILITIES AT SAMO ENGINEERING
Developing/implementation of QA/QC systems and processes related to all products o Developing/implementation of all processes within Samo Engineering. o Developing/implementation with the compliance to processes within Samo Engineering. o Developing/implementation with the improvement of all processes within Samo Engineering.
Conduct internal audits and write audit reports. o Arrange and conduct internal SHEQ audits according to the audit schedule. o Conduct site audit and do preventive and corrective actions for finding for internal continual improvement o Generate audit reports and discuss all findings with the relevant line managers/supervisors. o Follow-up and close all audit findings.
Do SHEQ internal training, induction and awareness sessions. o Schedule, arrange conduct SHEQ- related training & awareness sessions with all employees e.g. HIRA, SWP awareness training. o Schedule, arrange and conduct SHEQ induction sessions with all new employees and contractor employees (who need to work at on site).

o Assist and support the projects managers in liaison with customers, suppliers and outsourced providers. o Coordinating the buying of PPE and issuing to relevant people. o Assist and support the Projects managers in any other ad-hoc tasks. o Identifying of resources and posters that are needed in SHEQ department. o Communication for SHEQ updated via intranet and updating the notice boards. o Compiling of Company safety files for submittal to clients.
