Passed NCVT Examination as a Turbine Attendant in Oct/ Nov-06 with 73.50%

One year Basic training in Hindalco Industries Ltd. (Renusagar Power Division)

R.T.C. one year basic training Renukoot Sonebhadra (U.P.)

Passed Boiler Second class Examination from Gujrat Board (Ahemdabad) in 2010.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from IASE University (Raj.)

Presently working with SHREE CEMENT Ltd. BEAWER (Raj.) as a Foreman.

Site 2x50 M.W.,Erection, commissioning & Operation of the same.

Turbine make Qingdao Jieneng Steam Turbine Group Ltd.(China)

Worked with THERMAX INDIA Ltd. M/S J.K CEMENT WORKS NIMBAHERA RAJASTHAN as a Field Engineer. From Oct.2008 to june 2009.

Having 21 M.W. & 13.5 M.W. Captive Power Plant Based on A.F.B.C. & W.H.R.B. Boilers.

Turbine make P.R. of China Hangzhou Bleed cum full condensing turbine. (HTC)

Worked with M/s. NITIN SPINNERS Ltd, Bhilwara – (Raj.), as a Turbine-Operator since Nov.2007 to Sep.2008, Having 10.5 MW Captive power plants, Based on A.F.B.C. Boiler – 48 T/Hr. working pressure- 64 Kg / Cm2.

Turbine make Triveni Engineering, multi stage, impulse, nozzle governed, Bleed cum condensing.

Hindalco Industries limited (Renusagar Power Division) 03 Years Apprenticeship done (as a Turbine Attendant).

JOB PROFILE:-

I have good knowledge about DCS operation.i.e yokogawa,FLSmidth,Honeywell,ABB.

All Turbine, lube oil & control oil system, Ejector, Deaerator, PRDS System, G.S.C, C.T. fans,B.F.P,ACW pump, Heater (LP & HP), condensing system, (Water Cooled as well as air cooled), oil separator, cooling tower.

Operation of the 2 x 50 M.W. STG from D.C.S.
