Digital vernier calliper(length & collar width to be measured)

Dial gauge (used to measure height and ball reading)

Plug gauge.

Microscope(for measuring the chamfer length).

Concentricity gauge.

PROFILE SUMMARY:

Our company is a product manufacturing company. We are produce a carburettor for TVS, ROYAL ENFIELD,HONDA, EURO,BAJAJ.

I am working JET CNC MACHINE SHOP. My role is quality control Our department has 14 cnc lathe machine.

Turning process is done by lathe machine. 7 machines are produce jet needle and another 7 machines are produce needle jet.

There are 10 citizen cnc machine and 4 tsugami machines are located in our department.i have inspect the all cnc machines parts.

Each and every 1&1/2 hr i have checking jet needle .then measuring to be finished, i have correct offset value in cnc machine.

Each and every 2hr, i have checking needle jet then correct offset value in machine .The main function of jet needle and needle jet is work together to control the fuel flow in corburetor.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

I have completed my B.E MECHANICAL ENGINEERING in FRANCIS XAVIER ENGINEERING COLLEGE at Tirunelveli . Year of passing is 2012-2016

Auto Cad,

Microsoft Word,Excel,Power Point,

Oracle Software.

In this project, the main use of whitworth Mechanism is used to converts Rotary Motion into Reciprocating Motion. This mechanism is mostly used in shaping and slotting machine.

USING BANANA AND SISAL

Responsibilities: As a Team Leader involved in the development of the project and its Design

and to guide my team members.

Description : Final Year Project

In this project, the polymer matrix composite has been used. Hand layup technique used for making specimen. The various mechanical testing has been taken for the specimen. The results of the various test specimen is compared.
