Learning & Certification achievement for population in scope Conduct Talent Capital process together with Management to plan team resourcing and capacity, identify future

capabilities to enable career and/or geographic mobility Assist Managers with performance management and employee relations for recovery purpose or departure management

Partner with management to secure the success of new hires with role specific on boarding programs

The Challenges ahead

Ensure people are in the right role at the right time to deliver business objectives in alignment with organization

model and facilitate the annual 3O process.

Enable career mobility and career development plan Manage the people master plan to ensure that each employee receives annual performance objectives,

accurate and constructive feedback as well as recognition and reward from their managers through the compensation processes

including annual compensation review and variable pay plans, in line with policy, budget and equity

Management of individual performance cases

Your key success factors

Seasoned HR professional with at least 5-10 years of experience in an local environment and diverse career path (Business, HR Minimum 5-10 years of broad human resources experience, working with global, diverse companies Master's degree or equivalent experience
