Worked with both paper and paperless files.

Responsibilities: Served as loan processor and underwriter for FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans; administrator; pipeline manager. Other duties also included assembling packages for new investors, NMLS Quarterly Call Reports.

From 2001 – 2005 Still part time with Liberty Mortgage Company, however, returned to teaching as a substitute teacher for the Reynoldsburg City Schools, then as an 11th and 12th grade English teacher for C-Tech in Newark, Oh.

Responsibilities: Served as Branch Manager, opened the office from scratch. Oversaw all loan operations including hiring and firing processors, loan officers, and other office staff. Also, served as a Certified Continuing Education Instructor on FHA, VA, and Conventional financing for Realtors. The company was out of New Jersey and closed the Columbus office after only 6 months.

Responsibilities: Served as Branch Manager opened office from scratch. Corporate office was in Dallas, TX and closed the Columbus Branch.

Responsibilities: Served as Branch Manager over both retail and wholesale offices, managed 3 offices at one time including 2 in Columbus, and 1 in Mansfield, OH. Also, managed a new build account for a major builder in Columbus, Oh.

Responsibilities: Served as Vice President/Part Owner opened the company from scratch. Set up FHA/VA approvals, worked with various investors and underwriters. Processed all loans until the company could hire processors. Company dissolved when a partner died of cancer.
