From 2001 – 2005 Still part time with Liberty Mortgage Company, however, returned to teaching as a substitute teacher for the Reynoldsburg City Schools, then as an 11th and 12th grade English teacher for C-Tech in Newark, Oh.

Also, served as a Certified Continuing Education Instructor on FHA, VA, and Conventional financing for Realtors. The company was out of New Jersey and closed the Columbus office after only 6 months.
