Supply Planner / Inventory Project Coordinator

Member and inventory work-stream leader for a special project to close one of the company’s distribution centers in New York, and transfer 100% of the inventory and processes to one of the North Carolina distribution centers.

Independently develops solutions for the project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth Supply Planning and industry knowledge on Logistics, Inventory, Import/Export, Cost, Master Data, Customer Service and Warehousing.

Consistently reduce costs through optimization of logistics planning and reached (or exceeded) targets set by my Project Manager.

Developed and maintained strong relationships with Global and US Marketing, with their overseas distribution centers and third party suppliers; to ensure the communication, processes, standards and quality controls for the transfer were implemented on time to avoid interruption to the normal business flow and to maintain 100% customer service.

Responsible to run daily and weekly inventory reports to ensure that optimum stock levels are available in the DC to meet customer requirements at any given time and service level.

Compiled and analyzed data and changes in demand and recommend adjustments to forecast and inventory targets.

Own and maintain the cost for all Luxury brand codes in U.S. imported from Europe and other regions. Key contact for the finance and Commercial teams to ensure product prices were in the system on time and in alignment with domestic and international standards. Liaison for the IPSR group (Intercompany Price Repository) in US, which was based in Manila - Singapore.

Worked with Marketing on developing and producing Gift Sets, Testers and Samples for the Fekkai brand. Created all the packing and assembly instructions needed for product manipulations at the supplier; successfully maintained a process to order components for the manipulations and was the contact for all the international vendors.
