Member and inventory work-stream leader for a special project to close one of the company’s distribution centers in New York, and transfer 100% of the inventory and processes to one of the North Carolina distribution centers.
Independently develops solutions for the project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth Supply Planning and industry knowledge on Logistics, Inventory, Import/Export, Cost, Master Data, Customer Service and Warehousing.
Consistently reduce costs through optimization of logistics planning and reached (or exceeded) targets set by my Project Manager.
Developed and maintained strong relationships with Global and US Marketing, with their overseas distribution centers and third party suppliers; to ensure the communication, processes, standards and quality controls for the transfer were implemented on time to avoid interruption to the normal business flow and to maintain 100% customer service.

Own and maintain the cost for all Luxury brand codes in U.S. imported from Europe and other regions. Worked with Marketing on developing and producing Gift Sets, Testers and Samples for the Fekkai brand.
