I reverse engineered an existing application to create rules for the IntelliMatch application to match bank transactions from a BAI file to PeopleSoft chart fields. I created VB.NET web application to send automated requests via email to add items to the university supply catalog. I created a design document for a VB.NET program to replace the existing mail services program. I created a requirements document to convert a Visual FoxPro investment tracking application to a VB.NET application. Consultant 1/2006 to 5/2012 PEREGRINE ENERGY GROUP, Boston, Massachusetts Contract by Green Management Services, Inc., Fort Myers, Florida I developed an Energy Information System to collect, store and report energy/fuel consumption and cost data for Boston Housing Authority, City of Cambridge and other state and federal buildings throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
