PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE – OPERATION):

Responsibilities – ERP: - SAP

Responsible for handling invoice processing with PO & NON PO invoices. GR IR clearance for open PO's.

Handling payment run activity with bank, manual checks.

Handle various mode of payments such as checks, ACH, via P-cards.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the AP activities.

Plan, Execute and Implement Important activities such as Month-end, Lost & Reissue Checks, Duplicate Payment.

Manage AP clearing; Follow off process for the client.

Responsible for Performing Quality Checks for processed invoices in SAP.

Handling mails from clients and building good relationship with them.

Managing the Vendor accounts and solve the queries of the vendors or customers.
