WORK EXPERIENCE
ADMINISTRATOR OF Lighthouse Retirement community in Lake Village. This a 60’s type boarding house, where tenants pay a monthly rate for a place to live and meals with less care than Assisted Living facilities.
Administrator of Dermott City Nursing Home Jan1, 2017- present. Challenging position, This home had dropped to a one star home and the census had fallen below 85%. We now have a 3 star home with >90% occupancy. I coordinated a 30 second TV commercial that is still on You-tube. I went to Rotary club chamber of commerce and city council meetings.
Arkansas Veterans Home Greenhouse style October 2016- Jan1 2017 My role here was to help get this project of the ground and admit the first patient. I trained the staff to the small home concept.

Accreditations I have coordinated 3 JCAHO Surveys one for Little Rock VA and 2 at Saline Memorial Hospital.
