WORK EXPERIENCE: ( General Overall Qualifications ):

B.S. degree in Business Administration / Management of Information Systems ( M.I.S. ) with a minor in Communications, as well as A.A. degrees in both Accounting & Computer Programming.

Business quantitative & qualitative analyses experience includes the design of: applications, reports, dashboards, and imports & exports, etc. These analyses & design efforts have three broad goals: 1.) to deliver the regularly scheduled and ad hoc day-to-day inputs & outputs, processes, and ongoing operational activities; and 2.) to deliver the historical, current, and projected trend information to the decision makers, and 3.) to identify areas where it may be possible to: reduce expenses; increase revenues; expose the need for process improvements; increase data security; reduce/mitigate risk; or expose regulatory compliance issues.

Provided analyses in the following business areas: A/R, A/P, CRM, CTMS, EDI, EHR/EMR, ERP, G/L, P/O, P/R, POS, inventory control, warehouse management, order management, sales, and marketing.

Provided analyses in the following business sectors: healthcare (PHI/HIPAA), pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, petroleum.

Passed all sections of the Epic qualification exams.

Experience with both relational databases (OLTP) and data warehouse structures ( OLAP ).

Experience with proprietary applications & commercial off-the-shelf ( COTS ) applications, such as, DST’s PowerStepp / InfoStepp - modified for Health Care (6.5 years); Epicor's ERP/MRP system (10 years); Pinnacle's Store Systems (1.5 years).

MS-SQL design, development, and performance & workflow improvement experience using SQL stored procedures and program code snippets for: applications, Crystal Reports, MS-SSRS reports, dashboards, and various types of imports & exports. Also create other program code & code snippets, as needed.

Experience with various analysis methodologies, processes, and tools including: SDLC; Waterfall, Agile; Sprints; Short-Cycle Iterations; Daily “Stand-Up” Meetings; etc. – Team member and/or lead with small-to-medium sized projects.
