It is with strong interest that I am writing to you to apply for the position in your organization. For more than 15 years, I have been working as an instructor and translator . During that time, I have worked with some excellent professionals. At this time, I would like to offer my skills and abilities to you.

As a METU graduate, I gained substantial experience and knowledge during my undergraduate education. In addition, I was in the top 150 in the university exam in which I was awarded a scholarship from METU. To further develop my career, I obtained an M.A. in Administrative Education where my thesis focused on learning organization under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Erçetin at A. Y. University. Currently, I have an ongoing Ph.D. study with more than 20 academic articles and workshops on organizations, human resource and leadership. My last seminar, about the 12-year educational system, took place at Harvard University in 2016 for which I was a TÜBİTAK award candidate. Also, I have a TÜBİTAK project in which the planning and preparations stages have already begun. The online research journal, where I am the managing editor, is under ULAKBİLİM’s support. My YDS score of 99 inspires me to always pursue excellence as our leader Atatürk once said “our true mentor in life is science.” Beyond this, I finished working diligently on my first book on Human Resource, “Talent Management” which examines the importance of talented people and their vital role in their organizations.
