Presently I am working inDeepak fertilizer and petrochemical corporation ltd Dahej as a Sr. Supervisor in his 5 MW thermal power plant from Marc2018 to till continue

I have worked in G.F.L dahej in his 30 mw power plant [thermal]from may 2009 to march 2018 as a Sr.superviser.

I have also worked in ELECTROTHERM INDIA LIMITED at samakhyali [kutch] in his 30 MW power plant since nov.08 to may 09 as first class boiler attendant [DCS OPERATOR].

I have worked in M/s. Global S.S. Construction Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai as a “Steam Turbine Operator” at 35MW Combine Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), CPF ONGC Gandhar site since Feb-2007.to octo08

I have worked with M/s. OFS Industries (P) Ltd., Mumbai as a “Steam Turbine Operator” at CCCP, CPF ONGC Gandhar from 09th Sept.2006 to 31st Jan. 2007.

I have also worked in M/s. Adani Wilmar Ltd., Mundra – Kutch as a “Boiler Operator / Turbine Operator” in his 3.8MW Thermal Power Plant since Sept.2004 to Sept. 2006

Two years & Six Months Apprenticeship in M/s. Gujarat Alkalies & Chemical Ltd. At Dahej, Ta.Vagra, Dist.Bharuch in his 90MW Co-generation power plant as a Second Class Boiler Attendant.

Nature of Job / Responsibility

Operation of pump, Air compressor, Boiler Feed Pump, ID fan, FD fan, PA fan, E.S.P., Ash handling system, Dosing pump etc. and all type of valves work.

Day to day shift operation reports to Shift – In – Charge.

Maintain of good house keeping & minimization of waste generation.

All the maintenance job work of production department and other extra works with safety point.

I have also knowledge of BOILER light up and steam turbine startup work.

To maintain good relation between collogues & management.

To maintain Boiler auxiliary system and water parameter.

To maintain turbine lube oil system (Oil cooler, Filter, Pumps etc.)

To maintain & Operation of vacuum system ( Air ejector operation)

To maintain cooling water parameter..

To maintain oil purifier system like centrifuge.

I have also knowledge of DCS and PLC like TATA Honeywell & GE Fanuc and YOKOGAwA.

I can operate Boiler & Steam Turbine from Control Room

I have also knowledge of operation of HP Heater,DM plant Air compressor ATLASCOPCO make.

I have knowledge of D. M plant, air drayer, cooling tower, site screen filter, vam, ETP, WTP, Coal plant, fire pump, raw water system,all kind of utilities.
