INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:

Underwent a 25 days Industrial Training from 1st December 2017 to 25th at Sanfield Technology, Ambad, Nasik, studied material flow process form raw material to finish product. Different quality inspection method used to inspect the part as well as different assembly techniques used for various components.

SOFTWARE TOOLS COMPETENCIES:

Catia V5: Scketcher, Part-modeling,Surfacing, Assembly,Drafting.

AutoCad : Having basic knowledge of all the tools. PROJECT COMPLETED IN ACADMICS:

(A) Degree:

Project Title: Evacuated Tube Heat Pipe Solar Collector by Using Nanofluid

Description: The heat pipe contains a small amount of fluid (e.g. methanol, water or ethanol) that transfers the heat inside an evaporating-condensing cycle and this fluid used to capture the heat from the solar radiation. Instead of using conventional fluid we implemented nanofluid which increases heat transfer rate. Evacuated heat pipe using nanofluid gives all season working with better performance compare to conventional solar collector.

Project Title: Quadri Cycle

Description: The objective of the project is to develop a cycle which is operated by human power as well as on engine power according to requirement. It gives better flexibility to end user according to their applications.
