(1) SKS Ispat & Power Ltd. Having 385 Tph. Boiler of Multi Unit as Cfbc boiler 175 TPH Afbc Boiler

110 Tph & Whrb boiler 100 Tph total power generation is 85 Mw also Turbine has a multi unit as a

connected to common steam distribution heade unit 2 30Mw & 1 25 Mw

(2) Heidel Berg Cement India ltd. (HCIL) Work as September 2015 to January 2016 as a

Commissioning of Boiler & Turbine as a DCS Operation.

HCIL has a multi Boiler drum total capacity of 80 TPH AQC & SP Boiler Single unit Turbine Has a

1*13.5 MW.

(3) M/s Chhattisgarh Steel and Power Ltd. Champa, having 1*30 MW Capacity Circulating Fluidized

Bed Combustion Boiler Based power plant. The company has 30 MW Turbo-Generator set, China

make Single cylinder, Axial Flow Uncontrolled Extraction condensing type with re-generative feed

heating System CFBC Boiler 142 TPH, make – Wuxi China

Responsible for observation & monitoring of all plant auxiliaries of Boiler & Turbine. Responsible for inspection of any equipment with abnormality along with maintenance team.

Effective control and co-ordination during plant emergencies (Plant black-out, Boiler or Turbine tripping, various equipment failures), start-up, shut down of boiler and turbine.

Analyzing Unit tripping, Equipment Problem, follow up critical activities with concerned department

Co-ordinate with maintenance, personnel for ensuring violation, defect identification, work permit, trials and clearance of jobs prioritized by him.

Coordination with maintenance teams for emergency and for planned and breakdown maintenance

Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment

Monitoring activities of personnel towards ensuring adherence to safety norms.

Field Operation Engineer of Boiler & Turbine Auxiliaries

Planning and effecting preventive maintenance/ overhauling schedules of various machineries and equipments to increase machine up time and reliability.

Independently handling a huge steam distribution system for process plant & power plant.

Issue works permits to maintenance department and coordinates with them for equipment isolation and take trial run of equipments after shutdown work.

Instrumental in planning and execution of maintenance activity, Observing standard procedures for maintenance; and considerably reduced down time

Meticulously managing and updating scheduled data for capacity optimization etc and supervising entire functioning
