My main duties including running the day to day operations of the store while maintaining payroll, and managing my staff. I am also in charge of achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. After 6 months in position I was promoted to Regional Business Manager and I help spearhead the Business to Business program. I was also had my District Manager take me under her wing to teach me the ins and outs of the district side and I served as her back up and go to person anytime something was needed.

When I moved to lead the sales department I was in charge of keeping my warehouse numbers up, as well as bringing in new business and communicating with current customers and suppliers.

I have a lot of experience ranging from office work, to factory work, to supervisor and management positions.
I have over 7 years experience as a manager. I have worked in the sales industry as well. I am great with cars, I work on all of my own, including building a hot rod and a motorcycle from the ground up. So I am mechanically inclined and I am very detail oriented.
I have a Bachelors degree in Education but I have taken many sales and business classes along the way, my initial major was business. I am a great team leader, a hard worker, and a very dedicated employee.
