–Managed 25 internal project members, 5 external resources, and 8 internal technical professionals encompassing talented individuals from Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Materials, Procurement, and Manufacturing; leveraged skill in Microsoft Project to create a detailed project timeline showcasing key milestones.

–Executed the recruitment of external Implementation Support resources, the development of functional requirements, and the production of project status reports identifying areas of possible risk; facilitated national status meetings with key stakeholders to discuss project health and direction.
