Create annual predictive and preventive maintenance schedule and calendar for all mechanical Installations. Maintaining TPM procedure, 5 S systems, Safety Standards at work place. Develop and control the plants mechanical maintenance budget for spare parts, labor and machine to provide the necessary resources to conduct preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities. Looking into project management & execution activities starting from engineering to delivery of equipment. Carrying out fault diagnosis and resolving routine problems in the plant.

Accountable for maintenance of critical equipment spare parts inventory to avoid the man-hour and machine downtime. Handling the process of erection, commissioning, operations & maintenance of Mechanical equipment. Supervise mechanical installations for projects to facilitate on-time completion while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Direct the implementation of mechanical maintenance systems; manage any modification and improvement projects that continually improve the plant operation.
