Job Responsibilities :

Analyse root cause of Structural issues in mobile manufacturing during assembly, testing and packing stages of the device and provide solutions to enable uninterrupted production.

Evaluate current process and develop and implement process improvement strategies for long term application by making the concerned departments follow it for better efficiency of the production line process and quality products in the market .

Monitor and maintain FPY (first pass yield) of each model, provide solutions using kaizen and poka-yoke techniques.

Prioritize and develop projects based on critical needs for structural (cosmetic) issues within allotted timeline and budget with concerned department to achieve project goals and save co.’s cost, reducing material scrap rejection during production process.
