Neighbors United Steering Committee – Member 2014 - Present Our program has addressed refugees’ needs in Idaho and resources related to six pillars:
Education Goal: Refugees of all ages have access to and participate in formal and informal education opportunities.
Housing Goal: Refugees enjoy appropriate, affordable and quickly accessible housing
options in the community
Employment Goal: Foster a more positive community climate for refugees and build resources and support for organizations’ and plans’ work.
Health Goal: Refugees receive equitable, timely access to quality healthcare maximizing their wellness.
Social Integration Goal: Refugees have ample employment opportunities to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Developing an effective assembly process using computer-assisted technology to help advance product quality, resulting in increasing yield of quality memory chips
Testing wafer thinning and wafer bonding recipes and processes with advanced pieces of equipment for a new product line
Oversaw an area host computers and equipment by remote controlling host computers and for operational efficiency, quality of production and statistical measurements of the silicon wafers thickness
