INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS (IAC), Southfield, Michigan 2004 - 2018 IAC is a $6 billion global supplier of automotive components and systems headquartered in Luxembourg. The company has 60 manufacturing and operations locations in 20 countries. Formerly owned by Lear Corporation. SENIOR GLOBAL DIRECTOR, PROCUREMENT BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROCEDURES 2015 – 2018 Accountable for global procurement systems that manage $4.17 billion in annual spend; on-going system and process evaluation, improvement and standardization; training and documentation; global spend analytics; and process/procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk in supply chain.

• Led design and implementation of one global procurement system and electronic purchase order replication into numerous legacy MRP/ERP systems (including 22 QAD sites, 10 SAP sites and 4 AS400 based legacy systems in 19 countries), generating 180,000+ purchase orders annually

• Established global spend analytics capability through the implementation of one corporate supplier master system, standardization of supplier management, and mapping to central payables for approximately 25,000 suppliers globally; resulted in improved payment terms and cash flow

Directed the globalization and implementation of corporate “Change Management Process” from initial business award to program end of life, eliminated manual processes and decentralized use of spreadsheets

GLOBAL DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROCEDURES 2010 – 2015 Drove continual evaluation, design and implementation of North America, China, and India system requirements and processes to improve procurement and supply chain operations; role expanded to include Europe in 2011.

• Led design and implementation of one Global PO system with electronic PO replication into various decentralized ERP systems in North America, China and India; included new interfaces, supplier database standardization, common processes, and training documentation

• Where PO integration was not possible, managed PO replication for 10 locations in 18 months, enabling centralized control over all direct material purchases; resulted in improved financial reporting, tax reporting, and supplier quality control
