Job Description:

To supervisor activities of Syrup Room including preparation of syrup for different beverages, pasteurization process, sugar weighing process etc.

To supervise cleaning and sanitation of syrup room, pasteurization section and sugar stacking section.

To coordinate with production department regarding requirement of syrup for production.

To supervise daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance activities of syrup room and pasteurization section.

To receive and issue concentrate, sugar, filter aid and activated carbon to syrup room operators for syrup preparation.

To assign jobs to syrup room operators regarding syrup room activities etc.

Job Description:

To maintain contamination free sugar in bulk sugar store

Hot sanitation by hot trisodium phosphate/caustic soda/chlorine of following:

a)Pasturizer

b)Filter Press

c)Heat Exchanger of Filtration plant

d)Syrup Tank after hot sanitation flushing of the system.

To prepared syrup as per specifications

To provide sample to laboratory for test.

To mix-up syrup with concentrate, treated water, make up the volume and agitate after approval from the laboratory.

To provide sample of finished syrup to laboratory for testing.

In the closure period of plant preparation of CIP for washing of syrup line, carbocooler & filler is an additional duty.

I am capable to prepare batches of Pepsi Cola, Mountain Dew, 7Up, Teem, Mirinda, Amrat Cola, Amrat Lemon Lime, Amrat Orange, Amrat Delight (Dew Flavour) Amrat Cola Diet, Amrat Lemon Lime Diet, Amrat Apple, Zingo Mango, Zingo Orange & Leeche Juices.

Prepared batches of Booster Energy Drink for Six-B Food Industries, Lahore.

Prepared batches of Caribbean Delite Sparkling Mango and Orange for export to United Kingdom.

Fully aware of batching process.

Familiar with Pasteurization process.

Filter Press operation and maintenance.

Can operate Plate Pasteurizer and Homogenizer for production of juice.

Can operate juice mixing tank.

Fully aware of juice mixing process.
