To give training to concerned persons to avoid re-occurrences of non-conformance found during in process, PDI, and at customer end.

Core Achievements:

Participated in Quality poster competition in World Quality Month Celebration 2016.

Made an Emerson defect catalogue for minimizing the subjectivity of defect person to person. Due to this I save my maximum time for giving decision on defect.

Horizontally deployment of Defect catalogue to other instrumentation product.

Successfully completed KAIZEN for reducing painting defect in Emerson housing.

Trained operators for ANPT thread inspection. (Due to ANPT thread inspection variation we have faced many customer complaints).

I have made all procedure in local language due to this our operators skill increased related to system.

I have made a Cartoon advt. For made awareness of Gauge breakages & Missing.

Established streamline process for SIEMENS SI BASE PART (Fettling & Paint shop process).

Attend training programme in SIGMA:- 5s, MSA, SPC

Using quality measuring instruments like: - Trimos, Vision measurement systems, Spectro machine, Basic knowledge of CMM, DFT meter.

I completed my Diploma in Mechanical studies with First Class in 2012 In MSBTE.

I got 64.48% in last semester & 61.25% Aggregate marks.

Academic Project (Undergone During Diploma):

Material Transfer System with Zero Input.

I made a machine which Transfer material without using any external force,

The machine transfer the material by using gravity force which means taking Output at Zero Input
