Primary operations are Pressure/Gravity Die Casting, machining and painting of Aluminium, Zinc and other non-ferrous metals with an aim to deliver world-class quality products to its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Instrumentation parts of various customers like Siemens, Emerson, Endress &Houser.

Responsible for Initiating, driving corrective actions and analysing measurable for standard work.

Feedback to Engg. Dept. and make Corrections in Gauges as per customer requirement

Implement and maintain gauge calibration and troubleshoot the problems.

Prepare quality assurance plan to maintain Quality standards and Inspection

Planning the daily work Schedule and conduct Training Programme for all operators.

Customer complaints, Root cause analysis with QC Tools & analysis

Prepare Yearly & Monthly Plan for Process Audit & Product Audit.

In- process & final inspection Quality as per Production Scheduled Plan.

Identify critical characteristics of product and take actions accordingly

Conduct Poka-yoke in all stages of operation to achieve quality excellence

Conduct Kaizen activities at shop floor

Support to all concerned departments for process finalization

Updating of Quality documents like PFD, Control plan.

Organize QA meetings and Follow ISO standards.

Conduct PDI activity by using drawings, work instruction, sampling plan and check sheet.

Verify cutting, crimping, jointing machine set up all three shifts.

Implement and sustain 5s related actions and suggest action for further improvement.

To give training to concerned persons to avoid re-occurrences of non-conformance found during in process, PDI, and at customer end.

Core Achievements:

Participated in Quality poster competition in World Quality Month Celebration 2016.

Made an Emerson defect catalogue for minimizing the subjectivity of defect person to person. Due to this I save my maximum time for giving decision on defect.

Horizontally deployment of Defect catalogue to other instrumentation product.

Successfully completed KAIZEN for reducing painting defect in Emerson housing.

Trained operators for ANPT thread inspection. (Due to ANPT thread inspection variation we have faced many customer complaints).

I have made all procedure in local language due to this our operators skill increased related to system.

I have made a Cartoon advt. For made awareness of Gauge breakages & Missing.

Established streamline process for SIEMENS SI BASE PART (Fettling & Paint shop process).

Attend training programme in SIGMA:- 5s, MSA, SPC

Using quality measuring instruments like: - Trimos, Vision measurement systems, Spectro machine, Basic knowledge of CMM, DFT meter.

Education:

I completed my Diploma in Mechanical studies with First Class in 2012 In MSBTE.

I got 64.48% in last semester & 61.25% Aggregate marks.

SSC - Pune-48.66%

Academic Project (Undergone During Diploma):

Material Transfer System with Zero Input.

I made a machine which Transfer material without using any external force,

The machine transfer the material by using gravity force which means taking Output at Zero Input

Technical skills:

Application: MS Office, Good knowledge of EXCEL, PowerPoint and well speed of typing up to 30WPM.
