●Over 12 years of programming experience as an Oracle PL/SQL, Forms and Reports Developer in Analysis, Design and Implementation of Business Applications using the Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). ACHIEVEMENTS

In the last 12 months I have been involved with numerous projects. On these projects I have been had various roles from Project Manager / Technical Architect / Business Analyst / Developer. The most successful projects are:

●Oracle Upgrade 11i to 12c, Databases and APP servers. This project ran for 4 months working through many oracle service requests (SR) ending with a cut over weekend. This was highly successful resulting in 0 downtime after upgrade.

●Automatic payment solution for PCI compliance using New Voice Media, handling thousands of payments a day. This resulted in solutions creating API (internal/web) interfaces between oracle and 3rd party system via PHP web front end.

●Implement changes highlighted by Internal / External (Deloitte) audits.

●Implemented formal release, change and incident management processes in line with ITIL standards. This resulted in stabilising the production environment and reducing the amount of major incidents.

●Part of Restart / War room / Turn around meetings to move on going data migration project from failing to delivering (Team of 30). Project moved to a scrum/rapid development principles with in one week the holes in the program identified and all high impact issue solved and first deliveries completed. This is currently ongoing.
