Full G/L responsibility through monthly and annual close including analysis of accruals, prepaid expenses, allocations of expense, and corrective journal entries, as required.

Directed all preparations required for annual audit of the financial books and records as the primary contact for the Company. Prepared the records of Company 401(k) for audit and reporting purposes.

Complete responsibility for annual Insurance renewal including provision of all necessary financial and employee records to effect policy accuracy and coverage.

Created reports and staff procedures for newly instituted monthly operating reviews provided to Management and Operations staff.
