Make sure that payoffs are accurate and everything is correct to send them in so we receive the title in a timely manner.
Stock in new cars. Give stock numbers, put in a stock list, put in ADP, create key tags and deal packets. Do a pricing sheet.
When MCO’s come in, look up stock numbers and put them with the appropriate deal jacket for when the vehicle is sold we send out the correct CO to the bank.
Bill of Lading will come in, need to make sure to pull appropriate folder and post the car to accounting, so we can sell the new vehicle.
Title work consisted of; applying for duplicates, checking on payoffs to make sure we receive the title. When receiving trade folders, making sure all the correct paperwork is signed so we can apply for duplicates or receive the title from banks. Call customers if they were planning on bringing in a title.
