As a Supply Chain Manager optimizes the production chain. That includes all the business processes that a product undergoes until it arrives at the end user: acquisition of raw materials, production processes, transport from suppliers and to customers, etc.

Analyze business processes for risks, lead times, cost price breakdown, volume, customer coverage, etc.

Develop measures for improvement and implement them with the internal (production) departments of the company and/or with the suppliers.

Responsible for development implementation of the supply chain in the design introduction of new products and design modification of those products

The contact point for my colleagues from the production, logistics, purchasing, and sales departments for everything that has to do with technical or operational processes.

Negotiate with suppliers, logistics service providers, customers, and other chain partners about the purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, auxiliary materials, transport, etc..
