Dismantling and disposal of the fixed roof plate on one (1) 200,000 Bbl fixed cone roof crude oil tank;

Conversion of the fixed cone roof tank to double deck floating roof with double seal (primary and secondary seals) with new catenary foam dam system including all support columns

Install new tank bottom support pads (foundation) consisting of sand fill, HDPE liner, and fibre reinforced concrete floor for the tank.

Install new annular and new bottom plate with leak detection system.

Containment area and bund wall repairs, re-grading, and resurfacing (outside with concrete while inside with HDPE Liner).

Modifications of tank piping, appurtenances and installation of wear plates at pipe support/ piping interfaces.

Construction of maintenance access road with concrete pad for crane access to tank roof.

Replace internal pipework, inlet spreader box and roof water down pipes
