long-term direction, and tactical initiatives. Deliver critical financial insights and strategic

Chief Financial Officer

Oversaw supply chain and fruit procurement in Central and South America with weekly

shipping import services of 350 containers per week to 3 major ports in the US. Supervised

staff of 15 personnel and directed all finance, accounting, and administrative operations

including supply chain, HR and IT. Held oversight for Treasury/Cash Management, Credit

Risk and Receivables, Vendor Relations and Payables, General Accounting (US GAAP and

IFRS), Financial Reporting and Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Tax Planning and

Compliance. Developed transfer pricing guidelines in a multi-state and international

environment. Ensured compliance with established KPIs. Implemented a pre-booking

process and rolling forecast. Provided Salesforce CRM solution for automating processes
