Job Profile: -

Responsible for Preparing and maintaining the Work element Sheet.

Responsible for smooth running of production line and attend the line problems related to NG parts & Breakdown.

Responsibility for achieve the daily shift target as per Tact time & Lead time.

Analyzing process study data to increase the effectiveness and productivity.

Maintain System and 5’S on shop floor.

Daily Monitoring and control to reduce process waste by detail analysis of process study.

Responsible for On job training to new operators and maintain all training records.

Responsible for receiving material used in assembly.

Involvement in Manufacturing Machines Trial activities such as ITO, TTO, HVPT & SOP to ensure supplier parts behavior during machining & assembly.

Sound Knowledge of SAP- PP Module and also responsible for training new comers.

Worked with M/S Shell N tube as Project Supervisor which undertakes site fabrication and installation jobs of cryogenic equipment parts from Apr 15 to Jun 2016.

Customers: Plasma Research Centre Gujrat

Monitoring of Vacuum tests and leakage test after welding.

Fabrication and installation of Plasma facing component.

Fabrication of copper and graphite tiles.

Cutting of S’S duct with the help of plasma cutting machine.
