Overall responsible for QFD in plant. Responsible Raw material Insp, In-process Insp, Finish Goods Insp, Assembly and testing.

Organizing inspection at Supplier’s / vendor’s works. Monitor Vendor / Supplier performance, evaluation & re-evaluation based on rejection / rework analysis and improve supplier’s/vendor’s product quality.

Review customer complaints, CAPA, Root Cause analysis & monitoring complaints till closure.
