Duties :

Plan the time schedule of the projects ( WBS – Gantt Chart)

Supervision the work from the start till handover

Review the Shop Drawings before Execution

Monitoring of project’s overall master program and Budget

Select the appropriate subcontractors & reviewing the contracts/Offers

Follow up with consultants any comments & Submission of works.

Directing the team & facilitate the tools for them

Manage the interface with all key stakeholders during the project.

Review the Shop & Design DWGS of the project before implementation & follow up with site engineers during execution.
