Oversee safety in the production areas through continuous monitoring of the safety program, frequent review of physical safety measures, and recommends modifications to the program as required.

Supervise Production Work Orders and Planning, timely delivery of materials, preparations for shipment of items as required, and preparation of materials for processing to scrap.

Supervise all operations in the CMMS to ensure proper entry of each transaction representing work order issue, routing entries, BOM entry and WIP reports.

Arrange and schedule regular training for production personnel. Conduct On-the-Job training as necessary to maintain personnel proficiency in production operations.

Supervise and participate in maintaining a clean and organized shop floor and implementation of 5S in the production areas.

Responsible for creating Quotations.

Programming for electrodes machining (VMC CNC 3-Axis Makino machine)

Responsible for ensuring employees in their respective functional areas have adequate training and tools necessary to meet the requirements of the ISO procedures and SOPs

Perform other duties as may be assigned by higher authority
