1.Worked closely with all department supervisors to maintain day to day operations in a high volume production facility.

2.Ordered all raw materials needed to complete orders while achieving a 5% reduction in pricing with a higher quality steel.

3.Performed repairs to equipment as needed. In addition, to increasing production by 15% in the Acme department buy implementing new attachment to save wear and tear on out equipment.

4.As a plant manager, successfully implemented ISO 9000 certification and maintained the certification by implementing new procedures to the program.
