Fremont Ca. Job: Remanufacture Associate

Worked in the remanufacturing department. Rework electric and mechanical

parts on the car engines, and replaced, clean all parts. Used variety of tools and

gauges, needed for motor service. Performed Hit Pot test, vacuum test, and

used torque tools. Did the alignment check for the bearing in the electric car.

Disassembled and assembler all parts in the electric car motor. High level of

skill with a variety of hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery.

Fremont, California Job: Production Associate

Worked for Tesla Motors in the Powertrain Department. Operated the CTL

robot on the manufacturing floor. Furthermore, operated the wire bond robot

and corrected errors that failed when the robot is running. Tested and vacuum

leak checked the cooling tube for the battery module assembly. Ran the software

on the robots for production work. Put together different parts for building the

battery module. Assembled, rewired, and installed PCB in the battery. The

battery module is the most important part to built the Model S electric car.

Moreover, ability to operate different kind of machines and related equipment

safely. Experience with manufacturing in consumer electronics, medical/devices,

semiconductor, and solar industry.

Santa Clara, Ca. Job: E/M Assembler

Work for Sanmina SCI in San Jose, Ca. Built EPIC-35 Red Digital Cinema

Camara. Assembled new prototype products from electrical and mechanical

blueprints and schematic diagrams. Assembled lens lsd, sensor mount assy,

heat sinks, and thermal pads. Installed ISP board, IO board, Omap pcb, and

sensor pcb. Prepared main assembly for Final Assy. Furthermore, used torque

tools, and did the alignment for the Cinema Camara.

Work for Siemens Co., repair industrial machinery parts in the US Post Office in

Assembled Credence ASL 3000 computer equipment. Assembled ASL 3000 Test

Head, door and emo switch. Installed and connected fan wire harnesses. Built and

tested ASL 3000 AC distribution box assemblies. Assembled Credence system frame

using pop ribbon gun and other hand tools. Built and soldering new cables from

blueprints drawings, and schematic.

Worked for Norment Security, which was a provider of high-end security systems and

products for jail detention, prison, and large commercial complexes. Made electric

harness, cabinets, assembly panels, and wiring. I also tested and troubleshoot Power

Supplies and reworked PCB boards. Worked with new systems from blueprints and

schematic diagrams. Tested, assembled, and reworked the Printed Circuit Board to the

component level. Soldering cables harness to the Power Supplies.

Worked with Semiconductor Products, Mebes 4500 and ACL Units (automatic

Cassette loader). Equipment that makes semiconductor Masks. Built the Chamber in

Mebes 4500 and 5500.Responsible for assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and

vacuum leak check. Test, bring-up and troubleshoot the ACL Unit. Ability to

skillfully troubleshoot, and correctly diagnose malfunctions and the knowledge of

Vacuum Systems. Worked in a clean room environment.
