●Currently associated with FCA – FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILES in Logistics - Preseries from Sep -2017 particularly in Bill of Material (BOM) and Engineering change Management.

●Worked with Volkswagen India Private Limited, Pune in Logistics - Preseries & Manufacturing planning around 6 years 2 months.

●Preseries and change management -Experience in Pre Series Project Built, Technical /Engineering Change Control management & Projects - Polo/Vento (India & export projects) & NPI.

●Body shop planning - Manufacturing and Installation of New Partition plate fixture, VW 250 / 251 fender fixture. Parts arrangement for Pre series production and SOP. CKD parts follow up.

●Worked with (SHREE TOYOTA, Narwal Jammu) with 6 months of Experience in service processes and issues, accurate services cost estimates, Delivered on time service

●Gained experience in Packaging, Logistics Operations, BOM Creation, etc.

●Well versed with Windows, MS Office, and Internet Applications & ERP systems like CODEP, RTM,TEVON, AVON, TAUFUNG, Ganesh system, TGN, STERIO and SAP.

ORGANIZATIONAL SCAN

Pre-Production Management (New vehicle launch):-

●Co- ordinate with counterparts from Skoda & VW to set up platforms for new model launches.

●Conducting regular meeting for discussion and information sharing to CFT for engineering changes.

●Coordinating and organizing the activities for Model Year Changes, Facelifts and EOP.

●Manufacturing and Installation of New Partition plate fixture, VW 250 / 251 fender fixture.

●Parts arrangement for Pre series production and SOP. CKD parts follow up.

●Close follow up with CFT members for Supplier Readiness for Tooling and Process status, Packaging readiness, Logistics Readiness, Purchase order release and Quality approval.

●Co-coordinating with relevant Team to build vehicle as per master schedule.

BOM Management: -

●Preparation of Manufacturing Bill of Material for New Models as per Engineering BOM.

●Validation and confirmation of Bill of Material before any trial starts.

●Maintenance of 100% BOM accuracy to ensure the correct Electronics Data Transfers to other agencies.

●Preparation Bill of Material for after sales parts (Spare parts).

Engineering change Management (ECM): -

●Validate Engineering Change Notes (ECN) and Co-ordinate with supplier to fix the Proper adoption Timing.

●Co-ordinate with all relevant team for smooth Engineering change implementation at Production line (Designer, Process Engineer (PE), Production, Quality assurance (PQA & VQA), Buyer, Packaging & Logistics) to achieve zero obsolescence and zero production line stop.

●Close follow-up with Marketing/Design team for Customer Satisfaction change ideas and ensure the change implementation.

●Update the Management on the status of Localization and Cost reduction changes on a weekly basis.

Parts Procurement:

●Material Planning and Scheduling for New Vehicle Trials.

●Release Forecast & Firm orders for KD Suppliers and local Suppliers.

●Ensure Supplier supplies parts with correct Design Level before the MRD timeline.

●Co-ordinate with Imports Team to receive Imported Part as per MRD for New Model Trials.

●Procure Parts for Process Engineering Trial as per PE requirement
