Areas of expertise and responsibilities:

1. A multilevel exposure in Petroleum Industry.

2. Study the tender specifications, drawings, all inward documents, PO, billing schedule. 3. Preparing the documents & drawings submitted to Consultant & Client for approval. 4. Consult with RCM in the review and evaluation of project proposal and engineering specification submitted by engineering firms.

5. Coordinate with Client, PMC and TPI for Project Proposal. 6. Reviews Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) /Quality Control as per technical specifications. 7. Familiar with Welding SMAW, SAW.

8. Planning and documenting the daily fabrication and erection activities. 9. Inspection of fit ups, welding, Die penetrate testing, Dress up of welded joints, Radiography. 10. Involved in safety surveillance, work permit system and material reconciliation. 11. Working in a highly safety promoted construction site. 12. Ensure implementation of piping drawings and plan on site. 13. Ensure safe working condition and safety of workers and equipment 14. Check and inform lead engineers about interference with other lines/ equipment’s/ structures on site and resolve it by modifying or rerouting.

15. Coordination with inter-department for vendor drawings, equipment data sheets, layouts etc. 16. Preparing the monthly progress report by reviewing the completed isometrics. 17. Assist in preparing the project work plan and time scheduling of project activities to achieve the desired target.

18. Update and maintain the latest/revised technical documents/drawings received from the concerned department for site office reference.

19. Witness of Hydro testing of Pipelines.
