Management and crew scheduling are the most effective tools for controlling the organization labour expenditures.
To ensure scheduling of optimal manpower inline with the projected sales trend and man hours requirement for every hours and days for smooth operation of the Concern.
Follow up on employee attendance and revert action or reward if needed for consistency.
Ensuring people are scheduled to attend training classes as per training schedule of the Concern.
Leaves and request are received in advance to ensure changes in the schedule and the complete schedule is put in the notice board once in week on a prescribed date.
Sales and man hour projections are done once in a week and follow-up with it for any deviations in the projections.
Targets were given by G.M and would be assessed every month on the system performance.
BUSINESS COST CONTROL MANAGEMENT:
Get the targets for Food cost control and service grade from the G.M for every month and for better execution and desired results.
Do a weekly and monthly reports of F.C.C’s, do an analysis and create an action plan for sorting out the problems and follow up on it.
Do a food cost scavenger hunt and a internal accounts audit once every week and month respectively and trouble shoot the deficiencies.
Control on Labour, Inventories, Complete and Raw wastes, Pilferages, Cash handling procedure’s M & R issues and Training needs and take necessary steps for all round performance of Concern for better cost control and to increase the profit margin consistently.
TRAINING:
Ensure of each member of management team as well as crew member has to get effective training to run smooth, standard and profitable business for the organization.

To consistently find out new ways to increase the efficiency of the system for the better training and organizations growth and people development.
