Career Objective
I am an experienced artist with a growing interest in architecture. Architecture has always been a passion of mine from childhood and is still one. I believe that, with the art skills incorporated into the architecture learned, can become a means to improve people’s standards of living, their lifestyle and health.

Experiences:
Intern at Joadah Consult Ltd, June 2018 up to date Joadah consult is a limited liability company with a proven set up for infrastructure and management consultancy projects with all the technical and financial capabilities of undertaking any size of project. It includes business sectors such as an Architectural and Engineering consultancy.
I am currently interning under Joadah in one of their current projects which is the Arua market project for two months from June to July 2018.
Here are some of the responsibilities I am currently running;
Drawing residential building plans using ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and Revit.
Drawing up BOQs and material cost schedules.
Developing a program schedule using MS project.
Worked on the construction of the frame work for the ground beams using steel bars before casting concrete.
Worked on the construction of the frame work for the retaining wall before casting
Carried out leveling for the road which leads to the market.
Setting out columns and stalls for assigned blocks from the drawings to the ground using lime and string.
Volunteer at Kampala Fashion Week August 2017
Uganda hosts a yearly event called Kampala fashion week which brings various fashion designers all over the country to show case their designs. It is a collaboration between New York fashion designers and Ugandan fashion designers so as to uplift the fashion industry in Uganda. It usually entails of competitions between uprising fashion designers and show casings new designs for the fall. Skills and experience obtained;

Industrial training with Real Designers as an intern, May 2017 to July 2017. Real Designers Ltd deals is an architectural and construction firm. It mainly deals in small and short term projects such as building shopping arcades, apartments and residential buildings.During this training, I was taken through different activities and learnt skills such as;
Excellent interpretation of building plans
Construction of different kinds of spaces such as apartment building spaces.
Mastered the art of calculating structural parts of a building.
Good understanding and use of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and Revit.
