oEstablishes stewarding standards of efficiency, minimum wastages, breakage and maximum utilization of resources (kitchen equipments, Small operating equipments).

oSupervise stewarding department processes to ensure implementation of company standards.

oPrepares all SOPS of stewarding department function plans and obtains approval of Director of Food & Beverage.
