Budgets-Assist supervisor with department budgets, track encumbrance balances
MMS(Compass)- Check and approve labor, equipment, material and locations and complete work orders
FNAV-Create WOs for PMs and other repairs, close WOs in a timely manner, receive fuel in FNAV system. Resolve any rejected fuel issues
PCard Reports for each card holder

Inventory
Order and receive materials from vendors, distribution center Post, district warehouse, and other sections (as needed)
Voyager Cards-Input on shared spreadsheet and scan in shared file
