Office Manager-Traffic Operations, Signal, and Special Job’s

Budgets-Assist supervisor with department budgets, track encumbrance balances

MMS(Compass)- Check and approve labor, equipment, material and locations and complete work orders

FNAV-Create WOs for PMs and other repairs, close WOs in a timely manner, receive fuel in FNAV system. Resolve any rejected fuel issues

PCard Reports for each card holder

ERP-PeopleSoft

Time Reporting for each department

Inventory

Order and receive materials from vendors, distribution center Post, district warehouse, and other sections (as needed)

Voyager Cards-Input on shared spreadsheet and scan in shared file

Travel-Make arrangements according to SOP, request DART card if needed Collect receipts and complete necessary forms

Employee Reimbursements-Complete necessary forms for reimbursement of boot purchases, CDL renewals, ext.

C-Star-Log complaints from the public and resolve open complaints

CRIS

Memos as needed for supervisor

Meeting minutes as needed

Off board employees when terminated

Schedule interviews

Submit requisitions for PO’s

Process invoice receipts for payment
