In collaboration with the Vice President of Clinical Operations, develop and deploy clinical strategic plan, clinical programs, and clinical policies and procedures to further quality metrics and regulatory survey performance, for a company consisting of 54 skilled nursing facilities in 7 states.

Leadership and support of 8 District Directors of Clinical Operations
